Obituary For Constance Ann Migliaccio

Constance A. Migliaccio 88, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday August 29th surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, R.I. she was the daughter of the late Leo and Katherine O'Rourke. She was predeceased by her sister Phyllis M. O'Rourke, and her beloved companion Alberic DeGryse of Barrington.

She is survived by her six children: Joseph A. Migliaccio Jr. his wife Sheila, Laurie Desmarais, Lisa Coash her husband Daniel, Lynda Terhune her husband Kevin, Henry M. Migliaccio his wife Marni, Lizabeth Lombardi her husband Joseph. She also leaves behind ten amazing grandchildren: Amanda, Rachel and Samantha Migliaccio, Breana and DJ Coash, John his wife Jillian and Kaylin Terhune, Henry Migliaccio, Joseph, and Michael Lombardi.

Connie was a proud graduate of Classical High School and St Joseph School of Nursing. As a registered nurse she enjoyed a fulfilling career at Rhode Island Hospital as a surgical operating room supervisor. After her retirement she and Al traveled extensively throughout the US and were active members of the SCONE and SAFRI Motor Home Associations.

Connie was known to open her home and heart to all. She was a Communicant of St. Luke's Church in Barrington.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, from 8-9AM at Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM St. Luke's Church, 108 Washington Road, Barrington, RI. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

    I always enjoyed seeing your Mom when I visited your family. It was extra special when she came to the Cape and took care of me after my knee replacement. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Ingrid Holmes
