With a heavy heart I send my sincerest condolences to all family and friends who loved Frankie. When I think of him I remember that special spark he had and his love for life and family that just drew people in. I can't recall a time when he didn't bring a giant grin to my face with his stories, jokes and his joyful spirit. He sure could light up a room. Always a pleasure to be in Frank's company. And he'll live in my memory - forever smiling as when he was with us. Rest in Peace Cousin. With Love, Donna
