Obituary For Helen Mulholland

Helen F. (Carberry) Mulholland, 92, of Punta Gorda, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 19th at Charlotte Regional Medical Center, Florida. Devoted wife of the late Ivor Mulholland. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leo and Adalaid (Baron) Carberry.

Helen worked for RI Hospital for 22 years as an Orthopedic Nurse retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Loving mother of three daughters, Lynn Babbitt and her husband Peter of Punta Gorda, FL, Jan Ann Carder and her husband Ron of Grove, OK, and Dale J. Wayto and her husband John of Parumph, NV. She was a sister of Marion Banta, Evelyn Reid and the late Adeline Waters. Grandmother of seven and great grandmother of thirteen.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends, Friday, 4-7pm. Funeral Saturday, August 24th, 9-10am in the funeral home, with the Service starting at 10am. Interment will be at Newport Memorial Park, Howland Avenue Middletown, RI 02840. www.wjsmithfh.com
