Lawrence T. Medeiros, 88, of Barrington, RI, died, Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Miriam Hospital, Providence, RI.

He was the husband of 61 years of Carolyn (Baker) Medeiros.

Born in Barrington, RI, he was the son of the late John and Talinda (Georgi) Medeiros.

Mr. Medeiros had worked as a machine operator for Carol Cable for many years. He was a member of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus, both in Barrington. He was an avid golfer, and a Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. He enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. Mr. Medeiros was an animal lover, especially his nieces dog, Roscoe.

Besides his wife he is survived by a brother, John Medeiros of Warwick, RI, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins. He was also the brother of the late Manuel Medeiros and Dolores Carmody.

A private memorial service will be held in the Spring.
