Lee was one of the strongest and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting... She would never let me come into her home without offering me food or taking the time to see how everything was going in my life. She was the grandmother I never expected or knew I needed and am so grateful to have had her be a part of my upbringing. I'll never forget how she cared for my brothers and I, how she was so head strong, tough, and caring, and how she loved and brought the entire family together time after time. You will be missed Lee, the legacy you leave behind is one of love and family and will never be forgotten by those that you have touched. I have some of the best memories coming visit my vavo, from her smacking my dad for a funny joke or cracking them herself. She was always a joy to be around and I will miss her fun loving spirt. Lee was warm, funny and so very kind. She always made me feel welcomed and loved and I'm forever greatful she accepted me with such open arms.
