I as very sorry about the passing of Uncle Lou. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to meet him and spend a few weeks in Bristol with Uncle Lou and Aunt Frania and to get to know the family. It was obvious to me that he was a great father and a great provider. Rest in peace, I am sure Aunt Frania has been waiting for you in heaven. Sail away.

Lou, Fran, and the entire family meant a great deal to me. The years I spent working with Lou at Communications School provided the foundation I needed to complete my career in the Navy. He and Fran invited me into their family circle as more than just a close friend. I will miss him always but rejoice in knowing he and Fran are in each others arms again.
