My condolences to the family, Jackie was my foster mother during my high school years, I will never forget the words of wisdom and many laughs we shared during my time in her home. I am greatly saddened to hear of her passing, and wish I had made it by with my children to show her how fulfilled my life now was, and tell her how much I appreciated everything she had ever said to me. She was a wonderful person, with a big heart and a laugh that could brighten anyone's day, she will be missed by many. Much love 💜
