I am a member of the EBCAP Board of Directors. Dick served as a role model for me when I first joined that group. I so admired Dick's long term dedication to EBCAP. He always paid attention to detail, always seeking the best way to meet EBCAP's goals. He will be sorely missed. RIP dear Dick.
