Dear Mary, Ann, and family, I will always remember your dad and mom were super nice people, always with a smile on their face and a nice laugh. I remember having many fun and interesting conversations with Bob at the Lindstrom's Christmas Eve gathering about sports and other topics - he was a wealth of information and simply a really nice guy. I am glad we grew up in the same neighborhood! Take care, John Megan

Mr. Ilg was very important to my early academic work. He allowed me, the daughter of one of his long-time, retired employees (Bob Stoops), to conduct ongoing linguistic research at his jewelry plant in RI. This early work became a cornerstone for my future doctoral dissertation, and resulted in data I have shared in my Linguistic courses for the past 25 years. I am most grateful for his openness and keen interest. Lorrie Stoops Verplaetse, Guilford, CT
