Dr. Mrs Sushila Saluja, a retired doctor based in Warren, Rhode Island, passed away on May 2, 2023. She was born on February 15, 1947, in Dera Ismail Khan in unpartitioned India. Dr. Saluja was a highly respected anesthesiologist who dedicated her life to the medical field. She earned her medical degree from the SMS Medical College in Jaipur, India, and later immigrated to the United States to pursue her passion for medicine. She worked for over 35 years in the medical field, serving the people of Warren and the surrounding communities. Dr. Saluja was known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication to her patients. She always went above and beyond to ensure that her patients received the best possible care. Her commitment to her profession and her patients earned her the respect and admiration of everyone who knew her. Dr. Saluja is survived by her four brothers, five nieces, and one nephew. Her passing is a great loss to her family, friends, and the medical community. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her contributions to the medical field will not be forgotten. A Memorial Service in honor of Dr. Saluja will be held on May 3, 2023, at the Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI at 9:30AM.
