My prayers go out to the Monafo family and my sister in law Linda. I remember growing up at Bristol golf course where Vinny had a second family with all his very close friends. Vinny was always the life of the party and would do anything for anybody. He really enjoyed playing golf and hanging out with all his friends there. Vinny was like a big brother to me when I started playing golf. He took me under his wing and really helped me as much as he could which helped me in my playing days in high school. One thing I remember the most and we would still laugh about is when I beat him out in a karaoke contest when he sang NewYork NewYork by Fank Sinatra and I sang Bon Jovis living on a prayer. He was so distraught over losing . I wish I could tell him now that he was much better than me and that the judge was my fifth grade teacher. Love you Vinny RIP! IBEX. HIS FAVORITE WORD

Vinny, you were the buddy to be a kid with! I'll always cherish the memories of our trips to Goosewing Beach for so many years and the rides to CT to visit my cousins. You always were and always will be family. Peace Vinny
