Obituary For Alice Louise LaChance

Alice L. LaChance (Grehoski), 83, of Tiverton, RI, formerly of Warren, RI passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, with her family by her side.
She was the loving wife of the late Maurice R. LaChance.

She graduated from Warren High School in 1958 and was inducted into both the National and RI Honor Societies.

Alice spent her entire professional career with the Amica Mutual Insurance Company until retiring in 1997 where her legend lives on.
She spent most of her life caring for family, starting with her brother when their father passed away early in their life, children along the way, and lastly her husband Maurice.

She was the daughter of the late John and Alice L. (Forss) Grehoski. She is survived by her son John Geyer and his wife Lori of Exeter, her devoted daughter Leigh-Ann Geyer of Tiverton, her brother John F. Grehoski, 3 grandsons Kevin Andrade, John Geyer, Ian Geyer, and her nephew Brian Grehoski. She was predeceased by her son Christopher Geyer and nephew Scott Grehoski.

Services are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI where the family will receive relatives and guests for Visitation on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 9 - 10:30 AM followed by an 11AM Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of The Bay Parish, 645 Main St. Warren, RI 02885 with internment immediately following in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Greenlawn Ave, Warren.
