Obituary For Ana M Cabral

Bristol - Ana M. (Cabral) Cabral, 85, of Bristol, died Friday October 6, 2017 at Silver Creek Manor in Bristol.

She was the wife of the late Anthony Cabral.

Ana was born in Furnas, Portugal a daughter of the late Manuel and Zulmira (Furtado) Cabral.

Mrs. Cabral was a machine operator for the former Carol Cable Company, for over 19 years.

She has been a Bristol resident, since 1969, coming from Canada.

Ana was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Church, Mrs. Cabral enjoyed gardening, knitting and cooking, and she especially liked spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son Nelson Cabral and his wife Ronna of Bristol, her daughters Heidi Lombardi and her husband Romeo of Warren, and Nancy Cabral of Seekonk, MA. Anna is also survived by her sisters Ilda Borges of Bristol, Laura Pimentel of Bristol, Valerie Robbins of Bristol, and she is the sister in law of Maria D. Cabral of Bristol.

Mrs. Cabral was the grandmother of Tanya Cabral, Justin Cabral, Brett Lombardi, and Bradley Cabral.

She was the Aunt of Many nieces and nephews.

Ana was the sister of the late James Cabral, Manuel Cabral, , Norbert Cabral, and also the late Eduarda Sousa, and the sister in law of the late Maria Cabral.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 10:30am in the SMITH FUNERAL & MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, RI, burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut St., Bristol.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Calling Hours are Wednesday MORNING from 8:30am 10:30am .

    Nelson, Heidi, Nancy and the whole Cabral family. I am so sorry for your loss. In the few times that I had the opportunity to be around her Ana always greeted me with a smile. What a wonderful person she will be truly missed.
