Obituary For Audrey B. Oliver

Audrey B. (Zompa) Oliver, 84, of Warren passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her bedside. She spent the last 45 years as the loving partner of Anthony D’Arezzo.

Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Helen (St. Pierre) Zompa.

A longtime resident of Barrington, Rhode Island, where she raised her family, Audrey was a devoted member of Holy Angels Church, singing in the choir for many years. She later settled in Warren, Rhode Island, where she remained for the rest of her life and was a member of St. Mary of the Bay Church.

She enjoyed reading mystery novels, spending time at the local library, sunbathing during the summer months, and entertaining family and friends with her cooking. She was a member of the Warren Senior Center, where she looked forward to weekly card games and friendships.

She loved traveling with her partner, Tony, and friends to the Poconos, Pennsylvania, and Maine. In later years, she enjoyed spending winters in Florida with her daughter Robin, appreciating the warm weather and time together.

Known for her kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others, she took great pride in supporting her community and local veterans. Above all, she cherished her family and friends and will be remembered for her warm heart, welcoming spirit, and the love she shared with everyone around her.

Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

A special thank you to Home and Hospice and her nurse Celia.

She is survived by her children: Robin DeAngelis (Gary Brown) and Jennifer DeAngelis (Richard Mendoza); her granddaughter: Jessica DeAngelis (Nathaniel “Ab” Pfeiffer); her great granddaughter: Quinn DeAngelis; and her extended family and friends.
