Obituary For Billy Wesley Witcher
Witcher, Billy Wesley, (Bill) died Friday, February 20th. Bill was the son of Louis Wesley and Alma (Vik) Witcher. He is survived by two sons, Richard Witcher and William Witcher and a daughter Kathleen Foster; three granddaughters, three grandsons and two great grandsons. Bill and his beloved wife Constance Witcher moved to North Farm, Bristol, RI in 2004. A celebration of life will be held in April. He was a loved man, Cristian R. Witcher. Arrangements with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services.
