Christine Bancroft, 76, of Warren, RI, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. A daughter of the late Joseph and Christina (Pacheco) Camara and the loving wife of Wayne Bancroft. Christine was a lifelong resident of the Town of Warren.

Christine was an avid reader and spent much of her time tracing the family ancestry. In addition to her loving husband, Wayne, Christine is survived by her sons, Wayne Bancroft and his wife Brenda, and Michael Bancroft both of Warren, RI; her daughters, Kimberly Bancroft of Warren, RI and Susan Santangelo and her husband David of FL. She is also survived by her brother, Kenneth Camara and wife Madeleine of Somerset, MA; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Turner and Justin Bancroft, both of Warren, RI. She was the sister of the late Richard Camara, Shirley Caisse and June McDermott.
