Claire Y. ( Mailloux) Barker, 92, of Warren died Tuesday September 11, 2018 at Grace Barker Nursing Home.

She was the wife of the late George F. Barker.

Claire was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Frederick and Regina( Desorcy) Mailloux.

Claire was a Clerk for the State of Rhode Island, Department of Motor Vehicles.

She has been a Warren resident since 1960 coming from, Pawtucket.

Mrs. Barker is survived by her sons George R. Barker of Riverside, William P. Barker and his wife Lisa Curran Barker of Bristol.

She was the grandmother of Garrett T Barker, and Katherine F. Barker both of Bristol.

Mrs. Barker was the sister of the late Louis Mailloux , Rose Greaves, and Alice Hayhurst.

Her funeral will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 9:00am from the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICE , 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren . Burial will follow in South Burial Ground, Sowamset Avenue, Warren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours are Saturday from 8:00-9:30am.
