Daniel Tabicas, 73, of Warren, R.I., died Wednesday, at RI Hospital. Born in San Marco, Azores, a son of the late Manuel and Anna Tabicas. Beloved husband of Isabel (Raposo) Tabicas. He worked as a carpenter and in maintenance before retiring from Scott Brass in Cranston. Loving father of Anna Medeiros and Daniel Tabicas both of Warren, and Manuel Carreiro of North Dartmouth. He leaves six grandchildren, Melissa, Karen, Shela, Christopher, Priscilla, and Andrea and one great granddaughter Isabella. He leaves one brother, Antonio Tabicas of Somerville, MA. Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where the family will receive friends 4-8pm Sunday.
