Obituary For Debra C. Conley

Debra (DeAngelis) Conley, age 56, of Warren, Rhode Island, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Hope Health Huliter Hospice Center after a two-year battle with colorectal cancer. She was the beloved wife and partner in crime of Henry Conley with whom she shared 36 years of marriage.

Born on April 30, 1968, in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of Domenic and the late Margaret (Fulcher) DeAngelis.

Debra was an avid Disney lover and enjoyed traveling, especially visiting the Disney Parks. She was also a huge fan of all things rock ‘n roll. Family was always the most important thing to Debra, and she loved every moment of being a mom and grammy.

In addition to her loving husband, Henry, Debra is survived by her daughter, Brittany (Conley) and her husband Charles Souza of Swansea, MA; her son, Ian Conley and his wife Jennifer Meyer of Kissimmee, FL; her granddaughter, Naliyah; her grandsons, Elias and Connor, all of whom she greatly adored. Debra was the sister of Stephen DeAngelis and his wife Wendy; sister-in-law, of James Conley Jr., Michaela Balasco, and Bryan Conley. She was the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Debras’ family would like to thank the Lifespan Cancer Center and Hope Hospice for their wonderful and dedicated care.

Debra fought her battle with courage, strength and tenacity. She will always be remembered and missed by all who loved her.

Services are with Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, RI 02885 where the family will receive relatives and guests for Visitation on Tuesday, July 23rd from 4-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at 10AM in St. Mary of the Bay Parish, 645 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885. Burial to follow in St. Mary of the Bay Cemetery, Vernon St., Warren, RI.
