I was the first to call you â??Warâ?? because I couldnâ??t say Aunt Dolores. But unlike the standard meaning of the word, you were loving, funny, compassionate and full of life. You have left me with so many wonderful memories and I will cherish every one of them. Although I want to cry because I miss you so very much, I wonâ??t. You deserve a more fitting tribute. I will keep you forever in my heart and Iâ??ll smile when I think of you because you made a significant difference in my life.

I'm going to miss you so very much. We traveled through life together, you always holding my hand always putting me before yourself, as you did with everyone. No one could have met a more genuine, giving, sympathic and loving person as you. Thank you for being my sister and my best friend. You made me a better person. I'll love you forever.

I don't really know how to say goodbye to you. you were so much more than an aunt.Through out my life you have always been there. You were silly, sweet, thoughtful and spunky. Family meant so much to you. With such a large family its easy to lose track of the generations but you never did. I could ask you about an uncle and you could tell me about his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I have to keep reminding myself that you are now with Uncle Carl and I'm sure you're both wearing big smiles. Wonderful memories will have to hold us until we see you again. Love You War

My heartfelt sympathy to Dolores' family in this time of loss. She was a devoted and caring friend and Department Head, serving with me in Town Hall during my years as Chief of Police in Warren. Dolores was always there for us to assist whenever she could. Graceful and devoted, she will always be remembered.
