Fall River Donna Rae (Jacobs) Crowley, 68, of Fall River, died Sunday June 14 2020 at home.

She was born in Lowell, MA., the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Barbara J. (Finney) Jacobs.

Donna was a homemaker. She has lived in Fall River for 4 years coming from Maine, and Cape Cod.

She loved horses and dogs, travelling and spending time with her grandchildren.

She liked having cookouts with her family and going to Pow Wows.

Donna is survived by her children Joseph Foye and his wife Cathy of Hyannis, Ma, Brien Foye and his wife Pamela McCormick of West Yarmouth, MA, and Steven Crowley of Sanford, Maine. Her partner James Donald for over 30 years of Fall River, MA.

She was the sister of Joseph Raymond Jacobs, Jr, Jimmy Jacobs, Kenny Jacobs, David Webb and Susan Markham.

She was the grandmother of Kaitlyn Foye, Alexis Foye, Dylan Crowley and Ethan Crowley.

She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donna was the sister of the late Raymond Jacobs, Pauline Black, Barbara Lemire.
