Edward R. Pellegrini, 89, of Barrington, died Saturday Oct. 29, 2016 at R.I. Hospital.

He was the husband of Joyce ( Dunnigan) Pellegrini.

Mr. Pellegrini, was born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Louis and Marjorie ( Mason ) Pellegrini.

Edward was an Iron and Steel worker for the Newman- Crosby Steel Company, for many years before retiring.

He was a US Army veteran, serving as a Sergeant, in a truck battalion, during WWII.

Besides his wife he is survived by his daughters Judith Nappi of Warren, Karen Johnson of Riverside, and Sandra Bagwell of Bristol.

He was the brother of Adrienne Newton of Stuart Florida, Elaine Berry of Tiverton, Meredith Gustafson, of Apex , North Carolina, and Janice Duffin of Pawtucket.

Mr. Pellegrini was the grandfather of 4, and the great grandfather of 10.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
