Eileen Helen Grzesiak, 69 passed away April 30, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of the late Richard A. Grzesiak Sr. Born in Chicago IL.

She was the daughter of the late John F. and Ann (Grahovac) Stephens.

Eileen worked at Citizens Bank starting as a teller, CSR. Supervisor and Branch Support. She was an avid reader. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending their dance recitals, track meets. Baseball, soccer and football games.

She was the mother of Richard A. Grzesiak Jr. of Bristol, Debra Conley and her husband Patrick T. Jr. of Bristol and the late John C. Grzesiak. Mother in law of Lisa Grzesiak. She has two brothers Thomas Stephens of TN and Robert Stephens of IN. and the late Christopher Stephens. Grandmother of Annie, Brendan and Chrissy Conley, Matthew and Tyler Grzesiak.

Her quiet unassuming way and her loving, caring and compassionate nature made her Gram, Great Aunt and Aunt to many.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, where family will receive friends Monday 4-8pm. Funeral Tuesday 9am from the funeral home, 10am in St. Marys Church Wood St. Bristol. Burial will be private. Visit wjsmithfh.com
