Obituary For Elizabeth Mary Brown

Elizabeth Mary Brown (Francis), 78, of Bristol, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Bristol, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Cavara) Francis.

She was the wife of the late John Ventre and the late Richard Brown.

Elizabeth was a lifelong Bristol resident. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing cards, board games, Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.

She was a loving mother of Dean Ventre (and Roger Morrell) of East Providence, John Ventre (and Rachel) of Warwick and the late Stephen M.Ventre. She was the grandmother of Samantha and Isabella Ventre. She was the sister of Charles (Charlie) Francis of Warren, James (Jim) Francis of Warren and Judy Cabral of Bristol.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd, Warren, where family will receive friends Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 4-8pm. The funeral will be held Monday 9am from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St Mary of the Bay Church, Main Street, Warren. Burial will be in St. Anns Cemetery, Cranston.

    To Dean,Roger,John,& Rachel and children. My deepest sympathy to you all. I shall always remember her going in & out of the house with her little bag when she watched the kids. We had alot of good times at your cookouts. May God give you all peace & comfort to know she is now out of all pain and resting in peace. Barbara
