Ellen Elizabeth D'Allesandro, 58, of Hope Valley, RI, passed away, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Hope Health Hospice & Palliative Care, Providence, RI. Surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Providence, RI and raised in Riverside RI and Barrington RI, Ellen spent nearly 35 years living in Westerly RI, before relocating to Hope Valley RI. An avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan, she enjoyed staying active and playing softball, basketball, bowling, swimming and walking. Ellen was a bright light and brought joy to everyone around her. She will be remembered for her radiant smile and her stuffed animal collection. She is survived by her father Edward D'Allesandro and his wife Barbara D'Allesandro of Riverside, RI and her mother Carole (Erickson) D'Allesandro of FL; a brother, Dana D'Allesandro and his wife Eleanor D'Allesandro of Westfield, MA; a sister, Amy (D'Allesandro) Miller and her husband Terry Miller of Warwick, RI; and her niece and nephews. She was the sister of the late Scott D'Allesandro who passed away in 2020, and his wife Susan Conti of Barrington RI. Services are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI, where the family will receive guests and relatives for Visitation on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 4:00PM – 6:00PM.
