Obituary For Esther Virginia Cheetham

E. Virginia Cheetham, 91, of Wood Street, Bristol passed away Friday afternoon at home. She was the wife of the late Lawrence F. Cheetham, Sr. Born in East Providence she was the daughter of the late W. Reeve and Esther (Clark) Harper. Mrs. Cheetham was a bookkeeper for Cheetham Machinery in Bristol also worked with American Canadian Caribbean Cruseline as a Reseverations Manager for 26 years. She is survived by a son Lawrence F. Cheetham, Jr of Bristol; a daughter Valorie Catalano of Dade City, FL; six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Arrangements are with the Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road Warren. Where family will receive friends Monday 4-7 PM. Funeral Service Tuesday at 9:30 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flower donations may be made in her name to Hospice At Visiting Nurse Services Of Newport & Bristol Counties, 1184 E. Main Rd., Portsmouth, RI.
