Lisa, Sarah & family. Our deepest sympathies to you during this very difficult time. Your mother was one of a kind. You can tell a lot about a person's character from how they care for animals. Your mother is a testament to how much good a caring heart can bring. The four-legged creatures of the world have lost their biggest advocate. May you find peace in the days and months to come and in time find a way to heal the sorrow that you feel today.

I can't believe it's already been one year. I miss all the laughs we would share when myself Fran and Bertha Pare would have...oh the adventures we shared. The Fall was our favorite time to do our little road trips to our favorite Primitive shops. I miss her and think of her every day!

Lisa & Sarah, i'm truly sorry for the loss of your dear mother. I'm not sure that you remember me but i remember all of your very dearly. I used to cut your moms hair and maybe even one of you beautiful girls. I worked with Danny at Head Over Heels salon. I also took care of that crazy Auntie Mary!! haha... I would like to say it was such a privelege and honor to know such a successful hard working woman. It's been a very long time since i've seen you all, but when i saw your moms picture in the paper it all came flashing back like yesterday. Please accept my sincerest condolences. I wish you all peace and happiness knowing that she left a true mark on you all and even me. xo Always....Laura Reilly

Lisa,Sara and family. Dave and I are saddened by the loss of our very good friend Fran. We will miss her phone call on her Birthday, a day she shared with Dave when they would sing "Happy Birthday" to each other. She was the nicest, most compassionate and thoughful person I have ever known. Her love of animals was genuine and she was a credit to her profession as the Animal Control Officer in the Town of Warren.

She LOVED her family and let anyone who knew her know it! Her magnificent spirit will always be remembered. Everytime I see a lobster Fran, I'll think of you!

Dear Lisa and Sarah and family, There was just something so very special about Fran! Caring for her was one of the greatest privelages I know as a nurse! She lit up my day every time she was here, even the times when she felt just terrible. I dont know if it was her voice, her charm or what but she always made me feel (and all of my staff) like we had been friends for years. She always reached out to me, wanted to know about me...and here I am with my top priority being taking care of her...and she wants to take care of me! Thank you for allowing me to say goodbye to Fran privately. She will always hold a special place in my heart! God Bless! Heather Murphy RN

To Sarah, Lisa, grandchildren and all of Fran's family: Our hearts and thoughts go out to all of you. She was one of the most courageous persons we know. Sadly she lost her final battle. She will be missed. One of the most dedicated and understanding Animal Control Officers in the field. Thoughtful, kind and caring in not only her job but in everyday life. We are proud to have had her not only as a friend but also as part of my law enforcement staff for many years. R.I.P. Frannie. Bob and Bertha Paré
