He was also the Parishioner Representative for the interior renovation of St. Mary of the Bay, which was completed in 1998. Francis was known as an incredible handyman and was able to fix anything. He loved boating and everything related to it. Francis enjoyed both building and buying different boats, first as a sailor, then later as a powerboater, as well as shell fishing, vacationing with his family on the sailboat and cruising the Elizabeth Islands with his beloved wife, Barbara. Most of all, Francis was a great family man, father, and grandfather. He loved Sunday dinners with the family at his house in Warren and was known by everyone as a great guy.

Frank and Barbara were fabulous neighbors and friends. They, both, welcomed us to the neighborhood and we exchanged goodies now and then. They are remembered as kind, bright, welcoming, and ready with a smile or witty word. They remain in our memories, fondly. ❤️❤️
