Bristol Francis J. Frank Conway 83, of Bristol, died Friday June 2, 2017 at the Rhode Island Veterans Home.

He was born in Providence a son of the late Joseph and Mary (McQuade) Conway.

Frank was an Analytical Chemist for many years, and also a US Army Veteran. He was a graduate of the Franklin Technical Institute.

Mr. Conway has been a Bristol resident since 1995 coming from Providence , he attended services at St. Francis Chapel in Providence.

Frank was an avid pool player, and he liked the Boston Red Sox, and also horses and dogs.

He is survived by a sister Alice Langan of Cranston, and several nieces and nephews.

Frank was the brother of the late Anne Sweeney and the late Mary Gamble.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday June 6, 2017 at 10:00am in the Chapel of the RI Veterans Home,

Bristol , with Military Honors after the mass. He was buried in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery , Exeter.
