Obituary For Francisco Perreira Pacheco
Francisco Pacheco, 63, Warren, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday May 17, 2014.
He was the husband of Maria P. Melo Pacheco.
He was born in Porto Judeu, Terceira, Azores, Portugal, a son of the late Francisco Silviera and Rosa Candida Pacheco.
He has been a Warren resident for 50 years and worked as a self-employed shell fisherman for 35 years.
He was the father of Francisco G. Pacheco and Brian Pacheco of Warren, Michelle Medeiros and her husband Alfred of Riverside. Grandfather of Tyler and Cynthia Medeiros, and Talia Marie King. Uncle of Rosemary Goncalves, Lisa Strollo, Gilbert and Joseph Travers. Brother of Frederico Pacheco of Portugal and Rosa Maria Travers of Rehoboth.
Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, where family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7pm. Funeral will be Thursday 9am from the funeral home with a 10am Mass in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 500 Metacom Ave, Warren. Interment in St. Mary of the Bay Cemetery, Warren. www.wjsmithfh.com
