Frank A. Sousa Jr , 63, of Attleboro died Friday June 17, 2016 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Providence a son of the late Frank and Helen (Vasconcellos) Sousa.

Mr. Sousa was a shipper for Barry Industries for over 15 years.

Frank has lived in Attleboro since October of 2015 coming from Rumford and previously Warren.

He is survived by his sisters Elizabeth A Sousa and Sandra L. Thivierge both of Attleboro, and Helen M. Albernaz and her husband David of Swansea, MA. He is also survived by nieces Tracy M. Albernaz, Keri Thivierge and Jess, and nephew David K. Albernaz.

His funeral service will be held Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11:00am in the Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Vernon Street.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday from 10-11am
