H. Lee Jenkins Jr., 72 of Warren, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015 at R.I. Hospital.

He was the husband of Elizabeth (Bendall) Jenkins, they were married for over 52 years.

Mr. Jenkins was born in Cohasset, MA, a son of the late Herbert L. and Prudence (Potter) Jenkins Sr. Lee was an Information Technology Executive for the Amica Insurance Company for over 30 years, before retiring.

He was a graduate of Brown University.

Mr. Jenkins was a Warren resident for over 40 years coming from Seekonk , he was a longtime volunteer of the Warren Fire Department Engine 6.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters Julie Paulhardt of Canton, Ohio, Debra MacGillivray of Smithtown, N.Y., and Elizabeth Perry of Acushnet, MA., and the Grandfather of 9. He is also survived by his sister Susan Greene of Littleton, N.H., and a niece and nephew.
