Jacqueline (Blouin) Medeiros, 79, formally of Libby Lane, died Thursday, February 3, 2005, at Grace Barker Nursing Home, Warren.

She was the wife of the late John C. Medeiros and the late August R. Alves Jr.

Jacqueline was a nurse at Grace Barker Nursing Home for 24 years. She was a communicate of St Jean-Baptiste Church and a member of Kickemuit Village Tenants Assoc. She lived most of her life in Warren, having also lived in Bristol

Beloved mother and mother in law of August R. Alves, III and his wife Deborah of Bristol; Patricia A. & Arthur Bettencourt, Linda M. & Frank A. Moniz; and Donna Lee Landskroner all of Warren. She leaves two step children, John Jack Medeiros Jr. and Joan Pacheco both of Bristol. Loving sister of Annette Ramos of Bristol and George Blouin of Ft Lauderdale, Fla. Grandmother of Michael A. Alves of Warren, Dawn M. Cayer of Tiverton, Frank A. Moniz III of Attleboro, Joshua P. Landskroner of Warren, Kara Beth Moniz of Providence and two great grandchildren, Marisa Cayer of Tiverton and Elijah Moniz of Attleboro and three step-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Paul and Donald Blouin

Burial will be at Newport Memorial Park in Middletown, R.I.
