James Usher, 72, of Bristol died Monday at his brothers residence in Bristol.

James was born in Fall River a son of the late John H. and Teresa (Costeldi) Usher.

Mr. Usher was a self - employed farmer in Bristol all of his life.

A Bristol resident all of his life, he enjoyed engines, and model planes and farming.

He is survived by his brother Patrick Usher of Bristol and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Usher was the brother of the late John Usher, late Robert Usher, and late Paul Usher.

His funeral will be held Friday June 5, 2015 at 9:30 am from the Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road Warren, followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 141 State St. Bristol, burial in North Burial Ground, Bristol.
