Obituary For Janet Blank

Janet Elaine Blank, age 58, of Warren, died Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at home. She was a registered nurse for many years before retiring.

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late John and Yvonne (Brule) Blank.

She grew up in Warren and had recently moved back to town after living in Providence for 25 years. She had been a member of the St BrendanÂ?s Choir in East Providence. She was a member of the Providence Cranston Emblem Club.

Beloved sister of Norman Blank of Warren, John "Jack" Blank, Jr. of Texas, Roger Blank of Bristol and Mary Alice Conklin of Warwick. She was also a sister to the late Pamela Ann Blank and Steven Blank. She leaves many nieces and nephews.

Interment will be at St Jean-Baptiste Cemetery in Warren, RI.

    While visiting my mother Emily Duffy at East Bay Manor, my husband and I several times sat with Bea at meals and enjoyed her company immensely. She was often the most talkative one at the table, and seemed pleased to bring smiles to the faces of everyone she was around. We will miss her friendly greetings to us and our happy conversations together, and will remember our acquaintance with her fondly. With sincere sympathy to her family -- Michelle & Robert
