Dear George, John, and Maryanne, I was deeply saddened to read of Joe's passing in the Phoenix just now. What a kind, hard working man he was. He loved his family. I have fond memories of working for him at the Harbor master's office when I was in college. I am currently in quarantine until I get back the results from my COVID test, so I will not be able to attend the service for Joe. But I am praying for your family. Deb Schmeller
