The best word to describe Karen is selfless. She put everyone and everything ahead of herself. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or a holiday. She loved to give me a hanging plant every Mothers Day and would make me a lovely fall basket. She was an amazing cook and baker. There are dishes Karen made that only she could make. I've tried to make a few of her recipes but they never tasted as good as when Karen made them. She was a devoted daughter to her parents. And she was still caring for her elderly Mom almost until her passing. She will be truly missed. She had everything to live for. It's a tremendous loss.
