  I was so saddened to hear of Maddie's passing. I have fond memories of her in my first grade classroom at Byfield School. She was never afraid to speak her mind. That's why I gave her the nickname "chatty Maddie". She kept in contact with me during her educational journey. I was so proud of the young lady she became. God must have needed another angel.
