East Providence --Campo, Marie (Santie), 76, of East Providence and Riverside, RI, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Evergreen House Health Center in East Providence, RI.

Born in Providence, RI on July 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Augusta (Spendolini) Santie.

She always had a kind word to say and was a ray of sunshine to everyone. Marie worked at Rico Machine, Bristol and Bradly Hospital, East Providence.

She is survived by her longtime companion Joseph Costa of East Providence, a daughter, Susan (Campo) Desrosiers of Riverside, RI and a son, Frank Keith Campo and his wife Elizabeth A. Campo of Bristol, RI. She also has 7 loving grandchildren, Jason Desrosiers, Joshua Desrosiers, Anthony Andrade, Frank K. Campo, Jr., Brittney E. Campo, Victoria M. Campo and the twinkle in her eye, her great granddaughter, Isabella Andrade.

Two brothers, Frank Santie, his wife Joanne and niece Erika, the late Alfred D. Santie, and her cousin Delores Fiorentini who was like a sister to her. She will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends.

Her mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 10am at St. Brendans Church, 60 Turner Avenue, Riverside, RI.

Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
