Meredith Lindsey (Robinson) Simmons, 86, of Bristol, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip Simmons with whom she shared 57 years of marriage.

Born in Bristol, she lived most of her life in Warren. She was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Louise (Bell) Robinson.

Meredith had a ‘green thumb’ when it came to gardening and enjoyed sewing. In her spare time, she loved bird watching and spending quality time with her family.

Meredith is survived by her children Philip Simmons and his wife Anne of Warren, Lindsey White and her husband James of Warwick, and Sylvia Simmons of Bristol; two grandchildren, five great grandchildren and sister Charlotte Abelheira of New Jersey. She was predeceased by her siblings, Kenneth Robinson, Gerald Robinson and Judith Robinson.
