The Honorable Morphis A. Jamiel, US Army Major General (Retired), 91, of Warren, died Saturday in his sleep. Born in Warren, a son of the late Albert and Mary (Falugo) Jamiel. Mr. Jamiel was a lawyer and retired late last year as Probate Judge for the Town of Warren. Mr Jamiel graduated Warren High School 1940. Member Rhode Island Honor Society. Graduated University of Rhode Island 1943, BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and Graduated Boston University Law School 1948. JD Degree.
