Nestor A. Cheesman Jr., 79 of Warren, died Thursday May 7 2015 at Crestwood Nursing Home.

He was born in Fall River Ma., a son of the late Nestor A. and Esther L. (Ryone) Cheesman Sr. Nestor was an airport mechanic for the Newport Airport for over 15 years.

He has lived in Warren for 3 years coming from Bristol. Mr. Cheesman was an avid history reader and enjoyed motorcycles.

He is survived by his brother David Cheesman of Lancaster, PA., and formerly of Barrington, and his sister Martha Sousa of Warren. He was the uncle of Kim Sousa, David Sousa, Gerald Sousa Jr., David Cheesman, and Wendy Cheesman. Mr. Cheesman was the uncle of many great nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be held Monday May 11, 2015 at 10:00am in the Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
