Obituary For Norman Bouffard

Norman Bouffard, 85, died Friday in Providence. Born in Warren a son of the late Wilbred and Emma (Blouin) Bouffard. He was a ship fitter for Blount Marine for many years. Beloved husband of the late Gloria (Ferreira) Bouffard. Loving father of Cheryl Bouffard of Narragansett and the late Sharon Jordan. Brother of Barbara Keegan, the late Claire La Brun and Leo Bouffard. Grandfather of Jason Parker with whom he lived, Jessica Greer, Joslynn Faustino and Jaclyn Ouellette; great grandfather of three. Arrangements are with Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends Tuesday, April 12th, 4-8PM. Funeral Wednesday, April 13th from the funeral home at 8am, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9 in St Thomas the Apostle Church, Metacom Ave Warren. Burial in St Jean Baptiste Cemetery.     Norman, loving companion of my Mom, Thelma. So many years together and for all those years you were so good to her and to us, her children. We will fondly remember all the good times and celebrations we spent together. You will be greatly missed by all of us. May the choirs of angels come to greet you. May they speed you to paradise. May the Lord enfold you in His mercey. May you have eternal life. Farewell dear friend.

    Pepere, a loving father, a warm hearted grandfather and an adoring great grandfather. We will miss your witty sense of humor, your stories about Foxwoods, the trips to the bakery to buy us all sweetbread and mostly we will miss your gentle smile. These and many more memories are forever and every night will lift our heads to see you are the brightest star in the sky. We love you and miss you.
