Obituary For Patricia A. Lewis

Patricia A. (Turner) Lewis, of Warren, RI, died, Monday, February 1, 2021, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, RI.

She was the wife of the late George William Lewis Jr.

Born in Barrington, RI, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Julia (Petruska) Turner.

Patricia had worked as a social worker for the State of Rhode Island, for 33 years, retiring in 2006. She was a member of St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Bristol. She was a former member of St. Marks Church in Warren, where she served on the Vestry. She enjoyed shopping, travel, cribbage, cooking and sports. Patricia was a huge Tom Brady fan. What she enjoyed most, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Patricia will be devastatingly missed by everyone.

She is survived by two sons, Mark Lewis and his wife Donna of Swansea, MA, and Eric Lewis and his wife Janet of Bristol, RI, four sisters, Evelyn Strickland of Warren, RI, Janet Castigliego of Bristol, RI, Roberta Louise, of Cumberland, RI, and Holly Kestler of Portsmouth, RI, seven grandchildren, Amber, Jimmy, Carlton, Mabel, Kaylee, Tiffanie and Scarlett, and two great grandchildren, Jameson and Shawn. She was also the sister of the late, Lester Turner, Arthur Turner, and Robert Turner.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

    To Mark, Eric and the rest of the family, I send my sympathy to you all. Pat was the most special caring person I ever knew. 47 years of friendship and our constant talks I will miss her so much. My heart breaks for all of us who just lost a beautiful person. â?¥ï¸?ð???

    My heartfelt sympathy to all of Patâ??s family. I got to know her on a Church retreat and she was a lovely lady. I will miss our conversations and seeing her smiling face here at St. Michaelâ??s.

    Our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Grandma Lewis. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. She was a beautiful soul inside and out, always a smile on her face and a wonderful personality! We were very fortunate to know her and have her as apart of our family. She will be missed.
