Bristol -- Peter C. Paltrineri, 75 of Bristol, R.I. passed away April 19,2017 at Newport Hospital . He was the husband of Judith ( Richards) Paltrineri, his wife of 30 years, and loving owner of his little dog " Murphy". He was the son of the late Marjorie L. and Clayton H. Paltrineri of Wellesley Ma. He served in the US Navy on the carrier U.S.S. Intrepid. Peter was a skilled woodworker who specialized in antique window restoration, was self - employed until the past year. When, as a Project Manager, he joined New Outlook Historic Window Restoration owned by William R. Letoile. Peter loved his work and flying, was an avid Red Sox, and Patriots Fan. In addition to is wife , he is survived by four daughters. Laurel Gill and her husband Francis of Wayland MA.,Cheryl Poitras and her husband Mark of Gorham Ma., Wendy Fox of Weston MA., and Cynthia Klocek and her husband John of Worchester, MA., two step - sons Anthony S. Lima of Hyannis Ma., Jon R. Lima of Dunnelon, Fla., and step - daughter Susan Schwock and her husband Dave of Martha's Vineyard MA. Also survived by his brother Clayton Paltrineri Jr. and his wife Sherrie of Lowell Vermont, a nd sister - in - law Wendy Rose of Martha's Vineyard, MA. Also survived by nine grandchildren and five step- grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be at a later date.
