Bristol -Priscilla D. Drummond, age 94, wife of the late George Drummond, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020. She was born in Bristol, Rhode Island on November 7, 1925, the daughter of Joseph and Hilda (White) Peters.

Priscilla graduated from Colt Memorial High School in 1943 and was a member of the Rhode Island Honor Society. She was employed by U.S. Rubber (Kaiser Aluminum), in Bristol, for more than 20 years when she retired to raise her family. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Warren where she served on many boards and committees including Finance and the Diaconate as well as teaching Sunday School. Priscilla also led a Brownie (Girl Scout) troop in Warren during the early 1970s. As well as being highly competitive Scrabble player, she was an active member of the Rumstick Rollers bowling league, bowling once a week and whenever she could get her family together for a few strings (she was always the high scorer!)

A loving mother, she is survived by her four daughters, Priscilla McGovern (Jeff) of Warwick, Hilda Pike of Bristol, Susan Tusino (James) of Seekonk, MA and Catherine Estacio (Mario) of Bristol, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her sister Susan Melvin of Tiverton and her brother, Joseph Peters Jr. of Canoga Park, California.

Priscilla you will be greatly missed. You were a faithful secretary, Food Pantry, bookkeeper, treasurer, and even after all those title jobs were done you were always faithful in being a greeter each Sunday until the very end. your demeanor fit the jobs that you undertook.
