You weren't just my father, you were my best friend and the relationship we had confused others. Those who didn't know us thought we were close to fighting. You always knew how to calm me down when I was upset or make me laugh when I was down. You once threatened to haunt me when you died. Make good on that threat will ya. Your son and best friend Ricky

I remember the night I met you at the 3FL - Ron was taking a shower and you were sitting there on the couch. Wow was I intimidated by your size and voice. We sat in awkward silence for a quick second and then you busted out in song to whatever we were watching on TV. I knew the chorus so that's what I sang. We looked at each other and sang the whole thing! In that moment I learned you cannot judge a book by it's cover and you quickly became one of my very favorites. You were the biggest, gentlest love and I sure will miss you and never forget how fun and comfortable you made me feel that night! Rest easy big guy. Until we meet again. XOXO Amy 🙁
