Obituary For Robert Lloyd Obering
Robert Lloyd Obering, 86, of Riverside, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital on February 9th. He was the son of the late William and Lydia (Schuerman) Obering. Beloved husband Julie (Grable) Obering. He retired from Verizon in 1995, after working as an installer.
He was a Navy Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict
He is survived by his two sons, Paul Obering of Riverside, and Glenn Obering of Somerset, MA. Loving grandfather of Tara Obering, Peyton Obering, Taylor Obering, Jamie Wilkinson, and Nicole Toledo. He was predeceased by siblings Blanche Sands, Quentin Obering, and Glenn Obering.
