Romeo J. Poissant, 93, of Libby Lane, died Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Miriam Hospital, Providence.

Born in Warren, the son of the late Oliver and Emma (Gelians) Poissant.

Husband of the late Eva Ella (Morrell) Poissant.

He was employed by Crown Fastener for 33 years and retired in 1978 from Magnetic Seal where he was a machinist.

Beloved father of; Donald R. Poissant of Rehoboth, MA and Romeo L. Poissant of Smithfield. He leaves two granddaughters and two two great granddaughters. Brother of the late Leo and Roland Poissant and Dorthea Provost, Beatrice Trombley and Florence OBrien.

Burial will be private.
