Russell Henry Tullson, 90, of Swansea, MA, died, Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at home. He was the husband of 66 years to Shirley H. (Anderson) Tullson. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Christian and Alma C. (Quist) Tullson. Mr. Tullson grew up in Rumford where he met his wife to be and settled in Swansea with his family in the mid 1950s and never wanted to live anywhere else. He worked as a self-employed mason for over 30 years. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Peter C. Tullson of Vernon, CT, and Christopher J. Tullson of Little Compton, RI, a daughter Gail Brule of Lincoln, RI and eleven grandchildren: Carl Tullson, Drew Tullson, Erica Brule, Elizabeth Brule, Linnea Goss, Sean Tullson, Colin Tullson, Maeve Tullson, Evan Tullson, Neal Tullson, and Deirdre Tullson, along with sixteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Einar Tullson, Rudolph Tullson, Richard Tullson, Mildred Strunz, Agnes OBrien, and Evelyn Tullson. Funeral services and burial will be private.
